«The room was spacious. However, there were signs of wear and tear, especially the toilet and a rollout table, which had a broken leg. When we asked staff to replace or fix the broken leg on the table, we were told maintenance was not in that day and we would have to wait until the following day for it to be repaired. «The property is dilapidated, smells like wet dog and the staff was never at the desk and didn’t answer the phone. Our room was filthy, half used shampoo, no soap and one roll of toilet paper. Had to find one of the room service people for toilet paper and he was busy watching tv in the room he was “cleaning”. My husband half jokingly called this the Discomfort Inn. Never again!»

«Amanda at check in was super nice, so shout out to her. I really like this place. Most of all, I love having a fully equipped kitchen. And I love that they allow pets. I will give up perfect cleanliness for allowing pets any day. Yes, some stains in the rug. Some spider webs in the window sills. And one time my room had bugs so they very apologetically moved me to a different room. Can happen anywhere. Mostly it was really nice and I felt very comfortable and safe. Good area, ...

«The room was reasonably clean but obviously worn. It was clear that not much attention is being paid to keeping it refreshed. This was especially true with regard to the bathroom, which was not only very small, but also had a toilet and bath/shower that were in serious need of a good cleaning. It didn't appear that the toilet had been cleaned after prior guests and the shower had significant mold (along with a broken stopper that was lying on the edge of the tub). «Very clean hotel, with very helpful staff. Nice lobby and outdoor seating area for groups. I would have said excellent, except the shower head was faulty, and the TV setup was not good.»

«This hotel should be condemned! Mold, roaches, and funky smells should be the only words in the description! Staff is rude and lazy. Floors were sticky, big bubbles in paint(water damage), carpets are nasty. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! They tried to say I had been smoking in a room. The same room that made me feel deathly ill. It smelled like rotting death after the bleach they used to cover it up stopped working. NEVER STAY HERE!!!»

«Front desk guy was nice . Not his fault there was dead cockroaches in our room. Hallway smelled like cat pee. We immediately cancelled and asked for a refund which was promptly granted. Staff were great, place itself was run down and unclean to say the very least.»

«Pros- The lobby was immaculate and the guest services were awesome. Decent bar selection if you want a night cap. Friendly guest services helped out as much as possible. Cons- super thin walls, you will hear all thumps and bumps through the night. Including outside traffic with it being as close kings island. Room still had a couch full of crumbs on sofa so made us weary of cleaning tactics. Decent hotel, but would recommend one a bit further honestly»
