«This place was perfect for our little family. We had top floor and it was perfect. Walk to beach was perfect as well. View of ocean was amazing from the deck. The floor below us had other tenants and you could hear them very well talking or tv and their dog and when they walked the whole place shook. It was a little too close for comfort but we weren’t home much so we tried not to let it bother us.»

«This was a great place for our short stay. The most important thing to us was the dog friendly atmosphere for a reasonable price, which we found here at swell life. The home was clean. You can see the sound/bay and the ocean from the deck. If you sit in the right spot you can watch the waves roll in and in the other spot watch the sun set and its gorgeous colors over the sound/bay. «Our stay way excellent. While the property is not on the water, access to the beach is a very close. The property was clean and their bed was really comfortable. The water was a little too cold to enjoy swimming without a wetsuit. Also, due to a western wind bringing some bitting flies it prevented hanging out at the beach. «This condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was super clean and had all the amenities you would need. The covered deck was perfect to sit at even when it was raining a little the first day. We enjoyed some great sunrises, relaxing, and reading books out there. Very easy access to the beach. Great location to get to restraunts, breweries, and stores. Even walkable to some of them. This was our first visit to the Outer Banks and will definitely be back. Hope to rent the same condo again!»

"Jeg har bodd på mange hoteller rundt om i verden, men tror aldri jeg har betalt så mye for så lite. La oss ta det positive først: enkel og grei parkering. Grei size på rommene, enkelt å finne og nydelig plassering rett ved stranden. Lokasjon er jo alt sies det, vell i dette tilfellet er det kun lokasjon. Hele hotellet er slitt og hadde nok sine glansdager for et par-tre presidenter siden. Kjøkkenet var direkte skittent og å lage mat der var ikke et alternativ. Badet var skittent og dusjen måtte spyles for hår før ungene kunne dusje. Veggene hadde fuktskader, maling holdt på å flasse av. Lukten minner om bestemor som bodde alene på 90 tallet. Å betale tusenvis for dette føles som et rent bedrageri. Heldigvis hadde vi bare booket en natt."
