«The property was absolutely amazing and incredibly accommodating. The outdoor space was perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the gas fire pit multiple times during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great. With plenty of space between the two houses, it never felt crowded. You won’t be disappointed—we will definitely be staying here again!»

«Large house with lots of rooms. Great location. House looks a little rough on the outside, but inside is much better. No soap or shampoo in house and there are only 2 bathrooms (not 3 like the listing says). Whole house is in some disrepair. Great house for a bunch of guys to crash. Not sure ladies would enjoy it as much. »

«This is a prime location for events happening on Techs campus. I would suggest tankless water heaters to supply a house that size with plenty of hot water. We staggered our showers so we didn’t have a problem. Signs were posted in bathrooms. Really enjoyed our stay.»
