«The hotel and grounds were lovely and clean. The breakfast was great and lots of choice. Rooms ideal as there was a large TV, fridge and microwave (also air con) Housekeeping every day and all the staff were lovely. The only downside for me was the location as about 6 miles to the city. You either have to drive or be prepared to pay for an Uber. Overall a very nice stay :)»

«A very nice and clean hotel. It is in the process of being updated so there are some older, worn out aspects like the carpet but but that can be forgiven. It's design is colorful and it was quite quiet given how close it was to the highway. Staff was very friendly.»

«The hotel is conveniently located and has a more unique theme (art deco-esque). The room itself was fairly standard - quiet but kind of sloppy (paint job was meh but that didn’t impact our overall stay). The biggest thing that stood out was that there was a very dirty spot on the bathroom wall.»

«We used the outdoor pool and it was still cold out. The pool was great. We were able to swim into the indoor side to warm up. The staff was all really helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were there Mother’s Day weekend. The street was very busy the night we stayed and we didn’t hear anything. I will definitely stay there next time I’m in KC.»

«The staff was great, my issues were with the facility. My shower has almost zero water pressure it was just trickling out of the water head. The air unit in the room was so loud I just had to turn it off and be hot. I tried leaving it on but when it kicked on while I was trying to sleep it woke me up every single time. I tried calling down to the desk multiple times because of those issues and because the WiFi stopped working after day 2 and could never get anyone to answer. I won’t stay here ...

«Property is in need of and in the middle of a remodel. Noise starts at 7:30 am, so don't plan on sleeping if you get the wrong location. Our room had not been remodelled and we were unable to sit at a table to do work because the living room type chair was so broken down I felt like a 4 year old sitting on a kitchen chair. It may become nice in a year or 2, it just isn't now.»
