«The home was dirty when we arrived. It was never cleaned from the last guest. We waited and finally the cleaner arrived and the waited more while the cleaner cleaned, and it threw off our entire schedule for the evening as we did not have privacy, a way to get ready, or place to cook. When contacting the host about our disappointment and wanting at least our cleaning fee compensated, we were ignored. «We had a great time at the Haven Stay and used it as our home base for our kid’s soccer tournament in Vancouver and Portland last weekend. The place is cozy, clean and modern.
