While the employees are nice and the atmosphere feels welcoming, it seems like they try to squeeze every last dollar from their customers: An unexplained Resort Fee is charged, as well as an early check in fee - one hour before regular check in time.»

«The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on.»

«Was a very mediocre experience. The slider to the bathroom was very difficult to open and close. My husband had to yank it open so I could get out. The light around the mirror was strobing so bad I thought I might have a seizure. Last was breakfast. I asked the front desk if dogs were allowed in the restaurant area, he said yes. We went in, were told to seat ourselves by the waitress who 100% saw our dog. We proceeded to wait 15 min to put in our order and then she says, you know dogs aren’t ...

«The only positive was the lovely woman at the reception desk. But there was no pool no breakfast the bed was horrible, the lighting in the bathroom almost gave me a stroke. It felt like people were trying hard but the physical aspects of the property are terrible.»

«The staff was awesome, but the building was lacking. The Gaucho restaurant, 8th floor lounge and the liquor cabinet were closed.The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom did not have a fan and the glass doors for the toilet and and shower did not reach the ceiling. Great view and wonderful walking areas. There is simple not a lot to do other than consume expensive food and drinks.Dominoes delivers there.»

«I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again.»

«The rooms are comfortable and clean. The employees are friendly and do a great job, considering the woeful shortage of staff: Only one person at the front desk, during busy hours. When that person must inevitably step away for a short bathroom visit, the desk is left unattended. Only one person handling the breakfast service, during a holiday weekend, with a constant influx of customers. The advertised van service is not much of a service at all.
