«The listing mentioned 3 bathrooms, but the house only has 2.5 bathrooms. Also, the bathroom latches were not working properly, some door knobs were damaged, and the upstairs rooms were not cleaned well. There was sand on the floors, and the trash bins were overflowing and smelled bad when we arrived.»

«Pleasing aesthetic. Appreciated the preservation of the wood floors, high ceilings and grand staircase. Views were onteresting but I wish I could have seen through the glass better. Water in the kitchen was hot, tepid in the shower. Big closet - there were some nails pounded in the door so the lack of hangers wasn't a deal breaker. «Positives: Overall the apartment was fine for the price with a great location close to The Strand. The apartment was clean and neat. Negatives: You must walk up a long, steep set of stairs to access the apartment. The door of the apartment was thin so light and hallway noise streamed through the bottom. Lastly, the sofa wasn’t very comfortable to sit in.»
