Grass and shrubs were overgrown & made it difficult to use the sidewalk from street parking area to the house. Chairs & table shown on front porch in the listing were not there. Back yard was rough. No steps out the back door..just a piece of plyboard propped up as a ramp on unstable bricks & wood pieces that truly was a safety hazard, even for a pet that might be ...

«We had a lovely time at the Sunshine Casita. If you’re planning to cook, like we were, the kitchen utensils/equipment was a bit lacking…I.e: no can opener, wine opener, spatulas, etc. Other than that we enjoyed it. The decor is darling and don’t miss the beautiful sunrise. »
