«Unfortunately wifi didn’t work for our 3-day stay. I wish the hotel go through a refurbishment and upgrade to some new amenities. The fitness centre was not at all spacious enough to do anything. Air conditioning didn’t work so it was not ideal for a Summer stay. The TV is an ancient cable tv so absolutely nothing to watch. The only good thing was that it’s at a walkable distance to waterfront and the parliament complex»

«Our room was spotless, we had a lovely view of the harbour. We really enjoyed breakfast & the service from Darlene was excellent & friendly. The view from the dining room & bar was incredible, straight out to the harbour. This is our favourite place to stay in Victoria. Easy walking to Fishermans Wharf (3 minutes) & to the Legislature (10 minutes) and all around the harbour front from there. This is a 10/10 location and overall super place to stay!»

«Check in was easy. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We found the air conditioning unit to be quite noisy so we needed to turn it off. Although we didn't go to the restaurant or bar connected to the hotel, it looked pretty good serving Asian cuisine. There was a liquor store also connected to the building in case you wanted to pick up some beverages. It was about 10 minutes to the waterfront which was a simple Uber drive to. It cost about $20.00 one way. ...

«We had arrived early fir 3 hrs north of Victoria, I was pleasantly surprised that our rooms were ready and they let us have access to them 1 hr early. The great room was a bright area for the breakfast room. Having the kitchenette was a bonus because we had food we weren't expecting to have.»

«Very clean and nice staff from front desk to the cheerful room cleaning staff. The location can’t be beat! Our room was booked at short notice so had one with a view of a wall but still expensive and maybe putting a nice mural on it would be good. It didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay and the overall high standard of the room and facilities.»

«The location of the hotel was very walkable to the places that I wanted to visit. Downtown, the parliament building, inner harbor, etc. The staff was kind and the room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping kept the room clean every time. There were a few downsides which was that there was no A/C in the room but there was an electric fan, luckily.
