«We really enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista. Our villa was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were separate bathrooms (with showers) for each bedroom, which was really convenient. The highlight was the gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific that we watched each evening from our private plunge pool. We grew fond of the brightly colored pair of scarlet macaws living nearby (and frequently flying over us). What could be more "pura vida" than that?»

«This home is AMAZING! It is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our group. There were two families (eight people total) with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The AC is cold (huge bonus) and the decor is beautiful. The pool and slide were the main attraction for the kids! It is SO close to Quepos and Manuel Antonio so plenty of restaurants, activities, bars, grocery stores, etc. SUCH a great location. «This house has it all: an incredible view of the Pacific, privacy, beautiful and comfortable furnishings, and amenities. The outdoor space is breathtaking. The first day we stayed, we saw a monkey in the trees and toucans on the branches. We also spotted a hungry iguana and a mama deer and her baby. «We (4 adults) enjoyed our stay very much. Finding this hidden treasure off the main road was a little difficult the first time, but we learned the visual landmarks quickly. «Our room was filthy. We got there and keys under mat. Although the owner was in 1 of 4 apts he never told us about housekeeping (there was none) or trash or hoe to operate the outsode washer. He juat said hi. We had to ask for a garbage bag. We were there 7 days and wont do that again. No where to eat unless you take a bus. It was NOT a few minutes walk from beach or anything. The bed uncomfortable and towels stunk. Never again. »
