«Hadde 5 netter på htl. Grei beliggenhet rett på strnad. Veldig liten terrasse 1x2 meter så vidt plass til to stoler. Vonde senger, i skapet luktet det så ille /gammelt/fukt at en kunne ikke henge opp klærne. 2 av dagene ble ikke rommet rengjort. God frokost men alt bestikk tallerker var engangs. »

«We were on the second floor and the elevator was broke down. There was no indication prior to booking that it was under construction. I brought four smaller children who I had to do multiple trips up and down the stairs with and carry heavy luggage. There were big rips in the comforter. The floor in the room turned my white socks black. There were six of us in a room and they only had one towel and one wash cloth. The hallway floor and stairs look like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months. There ...

«I’ve always stayed here. However under new management and they charge a parking fee per day! Ridiculous since the parking is in the back , the towels were super cheap and dry made me itch! Last time we book here !»

«There was NO hot water. It wasn’t even warm. I couldn't call the front desk because the phone wasn’t working. Ac worked well, and staff was pleasant. We left early because of the water situation, so didn’t have breakfast.»

«The rooms are outdated and dirty. Do not count the pull out couch as an extra bed, it’s so old. They don’t give you blankets, just sheets. No hot water in the shower. Lounge chairs are $15/piece for guests, ridiculous! If you want to add an umbrella, it’s $20 more. The door seals aren’t present so the bugs come in and so does the humidity. $40 to park there as a guest 😂Bartenders were phenomenal! Amazing people! DJs every night or karaoke which we enjoyed. «The staff was amazingly helpful; best customer service we’ve had in a long time. The hotel is old but it was clean and the location is perfect. Only complaint would be the A/C unit didn’t function well. But for sure we’ll be coming back.»
