«Overall experience was ok. Housekeeping did not clean the first day. We had no shower wash. I requested that they re-fill it. They didn’t, and also took our used soap and did not replace it. We had to request soap from the front desk when we got back to our room at midnight. In addition they did not re-fill coffee pods for our coffee maker. Staff was friendly enough but overall they missed the mark. »

«Excellent location. Old facility but updated particularly the bathroom. High end room was small. Continental breakfast small but ok. No signage to find check in/parking . Staff generally good except the valet parking attendant who did not offer to load our luggage into the car. Fire alarm forced us out onto the street one evening - false alarm I guess. Crying baby across the hall clearly heard in our room . Rate between ok and good. Would look for a better place for the price.»

«Andrew Pinckney Inn is a wonderful and charming hotel centrally located in beautiful Charleston. The only thing that dragged our experience down was the sleeping-coach, which was ready to be changed. It was really horrible to sleep on. Beside this, the hotel was so lovely with a great breakfast in a charming top floor. To our surprise, they even had an afternoon-hour of complementary wine and cheese. Unfortunately it was a quite early in the afternoon, so we did not make it back to it in time. ...

«As the self-appointed Chlorox Wipe Queen, I (Mrs. Eric) declare that I found my wipes just as white after I used them in our 4th floor room as they were when I plucked them from the packaging. As this is an older coastal property, I expect a bit of moisture-related yuck, but there was none to find. Clean as a whistle! Also, the staff has been historically very pleasant.
