«Room was clean but old and worn out. The staff was kind. The Door to the room had a 1 inch gap at the top and bottom so you could hear the lobby and hallway and elevator and whatnot like the door was wide open. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. The AC and Bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine taking off. And the TV made a very loud obnoxious buzzing noise. I would not recommend this hotel unless it’s an absolute last resort option. «We were just there as an overnight. It was a comfortable, clean and enjoyable property. The only thing I have to say is while it has most everything you would need in the kitchen, there is no coffee maker. There is a machine in the lobby so I went down about 8 am and it would not work for me. SInce the front desk isn't open until 9 am I was out of luck for help. I went back after 9 am and told the nice young woman at the front desk that the machined didn't work. She said coffee is only ...

«They overbooked, I arrived 10pm at night to check in and there was a giant line. Two families were told to go to the pasco red lion since they had no rooms, one couple got a key and came back within 10min and said you gave us a key to a room that is already taken and a family was in the room when we went in. It was ridiculously overpriced for a crappy hotel.»

«The Riverfront is an exceptional value. The rims are clean and spacious. We took the site, which was bigger than most 1br apartments, and included a huge soaking tub that is plenty big for two people. It had enough amenities that one could happily stay there for an extended period. It was pouring when we were there, so didn't get to use the pool, but it and the hot tub looked pleasant and clean. »

«Best mattress and Bedding I have had at a hotel in awhile. Very Quiet, Appropriate room temps. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but adequate. Overall for the cost it was very good and will consider staying here again on next trip through tge area.»

«Beautiful hotel right by the river connected to an easy running and walking trail. The staff was also so friendly and kind, true hospitality which isn’t common to experience these days. I always try to stay at a homewood suites for this reason and the staff definitely fulfilled the reputation!»

«No river view. Paid for a suite with balcony. Was given a room with no balcony and when I told front desk she had very poor customer service. Furniture in the room was also broken.»

«While our room was super clean the hallways and elevator could have used a vacuum. Hot tub was out of order and looked to have been that way for a while. I wish guests could be made aware of that ahead of time. One front desk person was great!»
