«Check-in was easy to do online prior to arrival. When we got to the desk to get our keys, we were told a $100 charge would be placed on our card for incidentals, but would be refunded if there were no issues. I would have liked to have known that ahead of time and would have expected to just have had our "card on file" and not receive a charge to then have it credited it back. Room was ok. Parking was a pain, but that’s only because half of the parking lot was unavailable due to it being resurfaced, it just is what it is and honestly, I appreciate the hotel, taking care of their property including the condition of their parking lot.»

«This was a terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs. I booked the room and everything was worse than expected and photographed. If you book this hotel then you are doing this at your own risk. The entire hotel has an odor that is wicked. I assume from the carpets. We had to move rooms because a spider was crawling on my son laying in bed and the odor and filth was unbearable. The second room’s odor (BO) was less offensive than the first room.
