Likte ikke: Renhold, fasiliteter og overnattingsstedets bygg og tilstand
When you walk in, all you smell is cigarette smoke from the front desk lady who is smoking in the office to the right of the check-in counter.
The room I was given was still dirty. The linens had been changed, new towels placed in the bathroom but that’s all that was done.
There was food on the bedside table, food on the counter above the refrigerator, feces in the toilet, it had never been cleaned. The sink had not been cleaned, there was toothpaste on the faucet and on the water handles. The shower was just as disgusting.
The temperature controls were absurd. I had to keep it on 64 degrees so it didn’t run me out of there from the heat.
It was an ice and snow storm. I work in the medical field and wanted to be close to work during the storm. Thankfully, I had the forethought to bring Clorox, Lysol, and gloves. I had to clean the room and bathroom myself.
Never have I stayed in such a nasty environment until this experience. It’s one that will NOT be repeated. Not to mention after this, I will never stay at another Wyndham owned hotel. I don’t care to repeat this experience.
