«Rooms are not very clean, a lot of dust and bugs everywhere in a bedrooms. Kitchen also dirty, kayaks outside was dirty , fishing rods broken , trash was left from previous guests downstairs! Grill not works on a day we check in. Patio area is full of pet hair everywhere on a floor , chairs and tables! Location is nice ! Housekeeping service is terrible! For the price we paid we expected to have more.»

I do feel like there could be some areas of improvement with cleaning as all the picture ledges, lamp shades and some of the walls have layers of dust and I’m not sure if the place was swept or vacuumed before we came. I understand it’s in the middle of the woods but the amount of living and dead stink bugs was astonishing!! Not sure if pest control could help that out since one fell on me on the couch oh and ...

«Very clean cottage, besides the resident forest critters who were already expected to be there, i.e. tiny moths, house spiders, etc... The layout of the cottage was perfect, simple, charming, and cozy.
