«The spacious apartment was located in the center of town across from Bacova Beer Co. restaurant and Claire's Cakes and Coffee which was great for coffee (although not open until 8AM) if you don't bring your own coffee to make in the apartment. «Pat's apartment is super conveniently located to the downtown Main Street in Hot Springs - right above a few restaurants, its easy access by foot to things is great. We did hear music starting early in the morning from downstairs each morning and the streetlights are bright throughout the night and shine through the shades to the bedroom. «We (husband and I) really enjoyed our stay here. It really is quiet and private. It was very clean. Easy checkin and communication. Internet speed is very fast. The grill was great.
