«This hotel is better than I expected. Nice and bright rooms with both a frdige and a coffee machine. I like that. And they also kept an xtra set of towels in the room for me, kinda "just in case". I heard that they do that in every room. Nice. The staff was very helpful and serviceminded, and the 24h.desk made me feel safe. The only thing I can think of is the breakfast. Its ok, but not good, and it feels kinda cheap that they serve it in the reception area. The area outside is pretty and quiet. ...

«Hanford House is an inn located on Main Street (Old Highway 49) in Sutter Creek. There are a limited number of rooms on the First and Second floors (maybe six?). Not a bed-and-breakfast inn, but the Element restaurant is at the front of the structure. Breakfasts are not included in the lodging rate. «The place was very nice, clean, and was just as advertised. It was pretty small, but comfortably slept 3 of us. There was no kitchen, just a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a toaster. There are also no plates or bowls (even paper ones) so I suggest that you bring your own if you plan to use the kitchenette. The walk to the lifts is only about 5 min, and there is also a shuttle stop right out front if you don't want to walk.»
