«The resort property is run down and needs some major attention. The inside of our condo was nice and the view was great. The beach would have been ok had it not been for high winds and sargasm. We never could figure out how to get to the top pool. The resort isn’t easy to navigate.»

«The condo was easy to find and check into. It’s noteworthy that it’s on ground level, so someone with mobility issues doesn’t have to carry luggage up or down stairs. The place was very well equipped with a great bed, lots of towels, folding chairs for the beach and snorkeling equipment. I would definitely recommend getting a rental car though. Parking was right in front of the condo, so very convenient. The only thing that was an issue for me were the 3 swimming pools, because you had to climb ...

«The location of the villa was top notch. Right on the bay and in a fairly quiet part of the island outside that you can hear karaoke night at Margaritaville lol. The listing was everything they said it was. Kitchen had just enough to be able to make your meals in the villa on nights you want to stay in and relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting. »

«We love St John and this is not our first villa rental On the island. OverallLocation and property manager were great. House had maintenance issues but they did their best to address them but overall, showers weren’t good(head was taped on), a/c in main bedroom was not adequate, big gap in between Front doors felt unsafe, Kitchen is tight so if you plan to cook, Only one person can be in there and there is NoDishwasher. Outdoor spaces are incredible, beds are comfortable and home is very clean. ...

«This was a beautiful villa!!! We were welcomed upon arriving by Utiny who assisted us in navigating the features of the home. The villa was VERY clean however upon arrival at our check-in time, it was still being serviced/cleaned. The views from this home were absolutely spectacular!!! Just to note for other potential renters, this home is removed from the main areas on St. Thomas and does require quite a bit of scary driving. We rented a car which took awhile to learn to navigate driving ...

«We had an incredible stay at this St. John villa and would absolutely book it again. The location couldn’t have been better—just a one-minute drive to Trunk Bay, which truly lives up to its reputation as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and only about three minutes from Cinnamon Bay. It was the perfect home base for exploring the island. The view from the villa is worth a million dollars. We looked forward to every sunrise and sunset, and the night sky was breathtaking. «Cinnamon Ridge is such a special place. Our family, three generations, all had a wonderful time at this property. The views are as promised, from so many rooms, decks and just spilling in to the main living space and kitchen. You get a sense of being tucked into nature and surrounded by tropical flora all while having panoramic views of St John's beautiful bays and across to the special islands of BVI.
