«Air conditioning was good. Room had a full kitchen which was great. The view from the top where it was located was beautiful over looking the anchorage while sitting out on the deck.»

«Very close to airport, literally a 5 minute drive from parking lot to parking lot. The original room they put us in was small, very out dated and inconveniently a distance away from parking. Lots of stairs and once we got all luggage in, discovered that the Air Conditioning unit was not working. They did place us in a unit in the main building that was more accommodating with working air. We only needed in for one night, so it served its purpose. »

«First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night. They need to make that gate higher anyone can ...

«Our condo and the property and staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We also recommend renting the dinghy boats next to the condo. My husband and I rented a 15ft and it handled wonderfully. We snorkled at John and it was wonderful.»

«The room was awesome. The downsides were the amount of stairs. There were golf cart shuttles but getting one when needed was timely. When you did see one you had to jump out of the way or risk getting hit. They drive like it’s a NASCAR track. Out of the many times we did eat at restaurant there was only one server that paid any attention to us. The rest sat us took order and gave check. No refills no how is everything. Did not care.»

«The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.»

«Wonderful hotel. Be prepared to take a taxi everywhere you want to go. You can use the sister hotel Buoy House next door. the staff is extremely friendly. Our room was spectacular and so was the view. I loved the infinity pool. »

«We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! »

«Dette pensjonatet ligger sentralt iforhold til cruz bay men er veldig slitt. Vi fikk et lite rom i underetasjen uten varmtvann i dusjen. Vi forsøkte å spørre om et rombytte men dette var ikke mulig. Rom 121 bør man unngå å bo!!!!!»
