«Great clean place, really terrible neighborhood»

«We stayed here for a mini staycation and appreciated that it was walking distance to the beach, hiking trails, and even the marine reserve. The place is quaint and cozy, and has a fully stocked kitchen and pantry (pots/pans, oil, seasonings, etc). We also appreciated all the streaming options that didn't require us to log into our own accounts. The only hiccup we experienced were the ~5 flies flying around the house when we checked in. The TVs in every room with Roku allowed us to utilize our various streaming services, and keep everyone entertained, and the location was an excellent fit for our local needs in San Leandro. «Two full bedrooms in a charming neighborhood with decent parking was a good find. Neighbors a little noisy at times and the kitchen could use a fry pan with a lid that fits. The owner is great and very accommodating. We were very pleased with this little gem of a property.»

«My family needed a larger home as we were in town for a celebration of life gathering. This fit our needs perfectly as there was plenty of room for everyone and so perfectly located. The house was clean and bright. Check in/check out was easy and seamless. Highly recommend if you have a large group and don't want to reserve 4 separate hotel rooms.»

«A perfect place for a weekend getaway with hubby and my Japanese Chins. The only suggestion is to reduce the bottom gate space between the Verbo yard and the neighbors yard. My dogs are small and could have easily slipped underneath to neighbors yard. I had to place table benches on there side against gate to cover.space.»
