«Perfect Location, just minutes walk to the beach and nice play park for the kids. Close to plenty of places to eat. Beach is beautiful. Views from the house is stunning. The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!»

«The best word to describe Sea Point is ‘spectacular’ - whether it be the location, the house design, the facilities and services, the furniture, or the overall ambiance. Three generations of the same family, six adults and four children, spent a fabulous week in the house in June, with the pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, games room and private access to the beach providing infinite entertainment for the younger members. «We had a really rainy week in Cornwall, but our holiday was nevertheless wonderful, in large part due to this wonderful holiday cottage and the delightful hosts, John and Karen. The cottage is just a short walk from the idyllic harbour in Mousehole with a handful of great pubs and restaurants. The cottage itself is brilliantly set up for a family, with two good size en suite bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, toys and games, and a big pool (that we braved despite the rain...!). «Everything about this cottage was good. Comfortable bed, bright living room with sea views, well fitted-out kitchen with washing machine - and all detached with garden, parking & good communication. The Sat-Nav took us right there, but had to park and locate on foot as the property is tucked away up a drive way - no big deal though! Beautiful coastal walks nearby.»

«Love the location … for the obvious and some personal reasons. The description of this property is spot on. You couldn’t wish for a more perfect location and the overall space is wonderful. Yes, the building is tired and the general standard of fixtures, fittings and furnishing isn’t what you would expect for the cost. But if, like us, it’s all about the view and the perfect location, it more than makes up for downsides. Thanks to Rupert for helping us have a truly memorable stay.»

«It was a nice stay in Newquay. The beach was only 5 Minutes away and everything could be done by a walk. The house was very clean and also well equipped. Three bedrooms, a shower and bathtube and two toilets were available. The separeted kitchen give us all opportunity to cook.»

«Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus und habenunssehrwohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und einfach aber praktisch eingerichtet. Außer einer Salatschüssel und ein paar großen Tellern hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kinder haben das Schwimmbad und den Tennisplatz genutzt. Zum Strand muss man ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Er ist superschön und perfekt zum Bodyboarden und Surfen auch für Anfänger geeignet.»

«Newhaven is a spacious house with a lovely garden in a brilliant location in Porthleven. There is lots of room downstairs with a kitchen, separate dining room and living room. Upstairs two good sized bedrooms, plus a bunk room which is suitable for young children. The house could do with a bit of TLC but that is reflected in the price.
