«Everything was as described by the host & reviews ie excellent. Nice location a short walk to beaches & restaurants. Dog friendly too. The host company were very responsive & helpful.»

«The moment we booked this house Julie and Cliff were always able to answer our questions promptly and provided detailed information. On arrival all the entry information provided worked smoothly. The house was spotless and for 2 guests everything provided was of a very high standard. The information folder was invaluable. From taking breakfast in the courtyard, walking for 5 minutes to the beach and then watching the World Cup from the reclining sofas was a real pleasure. It was lovely to have 2 ...

«It was a great stay»

«We had a wonderful break in this lovely house»

«Perfect location. Beautiful accommodation. Enjoyed several lunches in front garden. 3 of 4 bedroom have a wondrtful marina view. Great shopping. Loads to do. Would return in an instant.»

«Perfect location to have an extended catch up with family, house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely book again when we go back.»

«I cannot believe how lucky I was to have been able to book this property for a few days and so last minute. The property was spacious, comfortable and well equipped but the location with parking was the cherry on the cake. I would love to keep this little gem a secret all to myself but that just wouldn’t be fair. I’ll definitely look to return.»

«We absolutely loved our stay in Ramsgate! The house has been beautifully renovated, with gorgeous décor and a really cosy, welcoming atmosphere. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into every detail. The location is great too — shops are close by and the beautiful beaches are within easy reach. It was the perfect base for our stay and we felt at home straight away. We would happily come back and definitely recommend it!»

Parking can be a challenge - whilst on-street parking is available the road is small and narrow and spaces nearby limited. I think this should be made clearer in the property description. A small improvement would the addition of blackout curtains in the bedrooms.»

«We enjoyed the property and would use it again»

«An excellent location for us all to enjoy Broadstairs. Very family friendly. We had a 2, 9 and 13 year old with us and they thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautifully clean and well furnished. The only disappointment was the condition of the garden and the furniture in it.»

«Fantastic property set over 5 floors. Enter at street level, front room no access to. Back room is the parlor (round table and chairs, great place to put coat and shoes and essentials for day trips) and there is a utility room. Down a level to basement kitchen. Large kitchen with large dining table, small lounge and WC. Back up to the main door and parlor, up a level to the lounge with balcony. Stunning views of the sea. Large balcony. Amazing views, just stay and look for hours, on the same ...
