The check-in procedure needs to be improved. It requires phone calls to persons not at the location. It may be a call center. I say this since we spoke with three different people. None have information other than the code for room entry will activate at 4pm. When I asked the woman with whom I spoke if I could speak with a supervisor, she retorted: "NO ONE IS IN CHARGE!"
There is a dishwasher, however, I recommend that the hotel provide dish soap along with sponges. We had to use a bathroom hand towel as an alternative to a sponge. I also suggest that the property provide paper towels as well as a broom and dust pan and perhaps a mop. Lastly, the property provided only enough body soap (in liquid in tubes) for one person and for one day; although we were two and a baby and that we were there for two days.
We did like the unit. The bed is comfortable, and the Internet works well. The location is nice but we have a car. I did notice frequent bus service in the area (Bus 801). The hotel is in a quaint neighborhood.
I parked on a nearby (very close) side street. No need to pay for parking at the nearby hospital.
