The resort does not look like the resort in pictures & the room I booked the honeymoon suite is not even close to the same room in the picture. Check in was horrible yes was covered but check in was outside I have never seen that before. Took about 45min to get checked in then staff sent us on our way to find our room with zero help. Room was dirty, smelled like feet, sink was cracked, faucet was loose you could spin it around, a booger on the wall, someone either threw up or threw a drink on the picture on the wall, looked like black mold on a light fixture, another fixture the plastic was burnt, toilet was so close to the wall my knees were against the wall & I got the room for the hot tub but was not even close to the picture and hot water did not work.
This is not a 3 or 3 1/2 star place it is really a Motel 6 resort. Breakfast took 45 min to sit down (staff did not seem to know what they were doing). There was only 2 of us plenty of 2 seats but staff kept focusing on large groups. I checked out after one night went to stay at another resort that's how bad it was. Yes bar tenders at night were great drinks the ocean but like i said got back to the room & hot tub had no hot water. Resort seemed to dismiss Expedia attempts to reimburse me for the 2 night we did not stay so I just disputed the charges on my credit card.
