«The staff were welcoming and professional. The room was clean with a nice view. The hotel has an easy access to El Poblado.
The only small issue we noticed was that the pool/jacuzi area did not appear as clean as the rest of the property, With a bit more attention to the pool maintenance, the experience would be absolutely perfect.»

«Biggest issue we had was housekeeping staff stole one of our EarPods they swapped it out for one that was working, which was ours and left their broken one inside the case. We did not discover this till we were back in the US. We tried to rectify this problem with the establishment. There was no one that would help us the head of housekeeping was not responding to me to handle this situation .We only had our room clean three times.
