Stay away. The photos/description are deceptive. There is no safe, no sauna, no swim up bar (it looks like it hasn't been used in decades and had a toilet stored in it), the pool bar had no personnel/nothing in it and is not functional. The plumbing doesn't work properly, the toilet is old and stained, the bedding is polyester and uncomfortable, the "designer" toiletries are the cheapest possible - no nice soaps, lotions or shampoo. The furniture is damaged, cheap furniture that has been painted. The shower was freezing cold. After complaining, were told to turn it on C to get H. Upon our arrival, surprised to see the condition of our "Premium King". There was another bed pushed into the corner and I was straining to see the sea view. The room smelled like an air freshener factory as there was an open bottle of a purple liquid which filled the room with a fake lavender fragrance. The rooms are supposed to be non-pet rooms, but the owner's dog ran into our room and hid under the furniture. We tried to get it out but it started to growl. The owner, reeking of cigar smoke, came into the room to retrieve his dog. We were not given a device to open the gate until the next day. In fact, we were locked in because the gate locks upon exiting. There was paint spilled on the floor, no cups in the room, no coffee maker. The saving grace of this place is the hot tub. Just watch out for the broken flower pot. Breakfast was OK, but lacked oatmeal, yogurt, etc. We left ASAP.
