«We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late ...

«The greeting letter that Mark provided was vital to getting off to a good start about where the condo was located and where to obtain the keys. The view from the balcony was the star of the week. We spent many hours on the balcony. We are sure it was an oversight, but there were no washcloths in the condo, so we bought a package of them at Walmart and left them. There also needs to be more balcony furniture; at least seating for 4 adults. And some plastic tumblers would be a better choice for ...
