I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and other amenities. The building felt very secure, and the host was incredibly helpful, even providing great restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Stocked with all the necessities and very clean. We appreciated the easy walk to the beach and also to a local eatery & convenience store. Easy highway drive to and from San Juan. Recommend hanging out at La Bodeguita and the Luquillo kiosks.

The host, Elba, was very responsive and helpful. The unit had everything we needed, very cute and comfortable. The area is safe with several restaurants and coffee places. And of course, the beach and gorgeous ocean at the end of the street, easy to walk to. Highly recommend!

Calm and relaxing

The property was very clean and secure. Elba directions for check in and out were thorough. Ran into an issue that could have not been foreseen and Elba quickly responded and had a resolution for us. Having this place to return to after busy days was a perfect way to wind down.

Owner was very responsive and proactive with communication. The room is a lovely accommodation with plenty of included extras to make the stay extra nice. Everything in the kitchen worked well, and there were condiments already in the fridge so we didn't have to get extras. There were plenty of bowls, plates, cups, mugs and cutlery pans and cooking utensils. The bathroom was really nice, but water sometimes leaked out because of the shower design. Also there were times when only cold water came out of the shower. The TV and AC worked great. There were plenty of towels in the closet, along with beach towels, beach seats, hammocks and other Beach items. The third floor balcony was great to sit in and relax during the day and night. Although at night we had cars pass by playing loud music. The bed was comfortable but we were only able to find one set of sheets so bring extra sheets with you if you plan on an extended stay, or pick some up at the local Walmart. The best part about staying here were the great beaches just a couple of minutes away both walking and by car, plus the nearby cafe and grocery store. Renting a car is recommended to get around the area and parking is conveniently located under the apartment complex. Both the parking and the complex are gated so that helps with security and safety. FYI, there are no elevators, so you'll need to go up three flights of stairs for this location. All in all this was a great room and we had a great time here!
