Owner was very responsive and proactive with communication. The room is a lovely accommodation with plenty of included extras to make the stay extra nice. Everything in the kitchen worked well, and there were condiments already in the fridge so we didn't have to get extras. There were plenty of bowls, plates, cups, mugs and cutlery pans and cooking utensils. The bathroom was really nice, but water sometimes leaked out because of the shower design. Also there were times when only cold water came out of the shower. The TV and AC worked great. There were plenty of towels in the closet, along with beach towels, beach seats, hammocks and other Beach items. The third floor balcony was great to sit in and relax during the day and night. Although at night we had cars pass by playing loud music. The bed was comfortable but we were only able to find one set of sheets so bring extra sheets with you if you plan on an extended stay, or pick some up at the local Walmart. The best part about staying here were the great beaches just a couple of minutes away both walking and by car, plus the nearby cafe and grocery store. Renting a car is recommended to get around the area and parking is conveniently located under the apartment complex. Both the parking and the complex are gated so that helps with security and safety. FYI, there are no elevators, so you'll need to go up three flights of stairs for this location. All in all this was a great room and we had a great time here!
