We originally booked this tripped before the pandemic and was supposed to travel in April 2020. That, for obvious reasons, didn't happen, and we got a coupon for the hotel that has been extended several times as the pandemic has been going on and on. The last due date was set to December 2022 and therefore we ended up booking our trip for July this year. My friend and I ended up booking three nights at the Aurea Legends. When we originally booked the hotel we thought it looked okey, and the main reason we chose Aurea Legends was where it was located. We arrived way too early, but the staff was very nice and still let us check in without any extra charges since the room was ready. We were really impressed by our room (standard) - it was much bigger than what we'd thought! There were to large single beds, a day bed, an arm chair, a big desk, extra seating to store luggage, two huge cabinets and a really big bathroom. Everything was clean and really nice - the standard is actually better than what the picture shows. A big plus that there were nice amenities in the bathroom (both hand wash, hand and body lotion, body wash, shampoo and condition) and a mini bar/fridge we could store our water in. The area is nice and quiet, even though it's really close to a lot of the main attractions in the city. We could walk everywhere and were stunned about how beautiful the city was. Would recommend anyone to stay here and would definitely book it again if we're going back!

This is a lovely hotel with great staff and a perfect location. The only thing one could possibly fault is the fact that it isn't terribly distinctive, but that is a minor issue. The garden is great.
