«Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return ...

«This home and property is located in a private neighborhood nestled in between a Christmas tree farm, yet is so close to all of the beautiful Rhode Island beaches, Block Island Ferry and great restaurants. The property is clean and lovingly well cared for by the owner herself with all sorts of antiques and cool decorations. If you are looking for a sweet getaway where you will be refreshed and especially if you love nature, this home will not disappoint.»

«We enjoyed our stay, I wish we had been in the front unit - that unit had a wonderful full water view. This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. «We came for our daughter’s graduation and the location was perfect for us as she lives 15 minutes walking from the cottage. The cottage is clean and has everything we needed. Walking to the beach was wonderful, we walked to the coffee shop and the restaurants. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is a very comfortable space, and yes, the bathroom is small, but it is functional and everything is there. Also, it’s priced fair. I will definitely book again if we come back. «Great location, hot shower, comfy beds, clean beach house, sm back porch with some privacy. Futons need to tossed into the garage, extremely uncomfortable. I tolerated the neighbor working (putting up shingles) (nail gun and table saw) on his house all day long Saturday, but when he started again on early Sunday morning, I was upset. Not very neighborly. That really ruined my Sunday morning quiet coffee on the porch at the beach theme for me. Thank you Gisele»

«We loved our weekend at Deb and John’s cottage! Everything in the house was fresh and inviting, in great condition, and absolutely immaculate (by far the cleanest house we’ve ever rented).
