«This is a new hotel and everything was wonderful.»

«Had a king size room, only 3 small thin pillows. Requested more, my wife and i were headed out for the evening. Guy at the desk said he would let housekeeping know, said I could pick them up at the desk when we returned. No pillows at the desk, the new desk person would not accommodate with more pillows. I was needing to be checked in & her attitude was aggressive, I walked in & said hi.. she awkwardly just stared at me as she was putting lotion on her hands. Instead of “hello welcome to xyz…” she said “ What do you need? Do need something?” I said “I need to check in a room.” She stared and said “well you ...
