«This hotel was great from start to finish! The staff is phenomenal! Our family was on a two day trip in the area. The staff couldn’t have been better! We truly felt like it was our home away from home! We have three kids and they were more than willing to help all three of them in the breakfast line! We got to enjoy our breakfast while they help our kids. They went way out of their way to make it one of the most enjoyable stay we’ve had at any hotel! Will definitely be back to stay again!»

«The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean and nice. Location was great. We would stay again. My only issue was the way the building is set, with its entrance in a gated garage, its confusing how to enter for check in. There is nothing posted to help point you in the right direction.»

«It was all just "fine". The room was very average, bed lumpy and linens scratchy. There are cheaper hotels nearby that are just as good. Because it cost more I thought this would be a step up, but it's not. Next time I will go down the road where I can get free continental breakfast and the same level of room. No reason to stay in an oversized, dark room with limited amenities that costs more than what is down the street.»

«I was disappointed to say the least. I called three times to make sure the hot tub was working and when we got there it was filled with scum and green. I would never step foot in it. Room had stains and did not feel clean.»

«This was a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was great. We were in town for a wedding and the hotel was centrally located. We spent time between the ceremony and the reception at the Knoop, the rooftop lounge. Breakfast at the Portico Cafe was delicious! Altogether we had a wonderful time!»

«Very clean location - don't ask to stay past your checkout time (I am a remote employee). They charge for this. Ever heard they charged someone for not staying for an extra night they booked.»
