«Loved the separate bedroom from main room. Near to full kitchen was great for reheating and not having to go out. Facility is close to multiple restaurants and very close to Frederick Meijer Gardens which was our destination. Initially only planed to stay one night but the facility was so nice we stayed an additional night.»

«Such a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful front desk help. Extra security measures in place for guest staying. Ate at Burger Theory and it was an excellent meal! Did not have the breakfast. My room was close to the highway and it was a tad noisy but nothing serious. Short walk to all the sites downtown. I would definitely use this hotel again!»

«The rooms are aging and need some refreshing, but the room and linens were clean. This hotel is following the way of other Hiltons and only putting three pillows per double bed where they used to have four. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not having an included breakfast was disappointing.»

Seemed to be no soundproofing between rooms. Earplugs may be helpful. Only slow EV chargers so pack your patience & plan accordingly for those who need that.»

«This is a property that I would like to stay at again however there is a real issue with the smell of cigarette smoke. From the minute we exited the elevator on the 2nd floor to entering our room (Room 212) the smell was present. Upon returning home - my clothes, my luggage, my bags all reek of smoke. Possibly a previous occupant was a smoker or it could be because people stand directly under the second floor, at the front of the building, right outside the front entrance - and smoke. That ...
