This property is new, modern, and very clean. Host had very good communication. The beds are comfortable, there are toiletries in the showers/bathrooms, the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and the appliances include fridge with filtered water and ice, dishwasher, range, coffee maker (drip and pod), toaster, etc. The staff were very friendly and the golf cart service to and from the beach was very timely (we never had to walk to wait more than 5 minutes) the whole stay. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Only improvement areas are that the property feels a bit cold (white concrete, daylight light bulbs, minimal to no decorations). There is also a very strong ammonia smell around the side of the property near where the assigned parking spot is (coming from the septic system which is located next to this unit). Per google, this indicates that the system requires maintenance, and hopefully this can be addressed, because depending on which way the wind was blowing it was not possible to use the back patio because of the odor. It should be noted that the smell did not enter the actual house, it was only outside (parking area and back patio) so did not significantly affect the use of the house and we did not contact the host about it as per google, did not seem to be something that could be resolved quickly during our actual stay.
