When I first checked in The door was broken in two rooms that had nothing to do with me and I ask to be transferred to a different room and the staff was upset like it was my fault the rooms doors were broken she didn’t want to transfer me to another room she said their policy they can’t transfer rooms I explained to her those doors being broken has nothing to do with me and it’s out of my control so my room should’ve been transferred automatically and I should’ve got one room complementary instead I was giving a late check out and when I checked out late they had the nerve to charge me after I was told by the manager I was all set for late check now the assistant manager tells me I have to wait 5 business days to get my refund that I should not have been charge in the first place
