«This is such a cute place. If we are ever in the area we would stay again. Great for 1 or a couple. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the room. Once you are up there the view is really pretty, a little marina where you can watch recreational boats float in and out. The decor is coastal. «This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. »

«Serene, modern cottage tucked away on the water but less than 1 minute from quaint town of Historic East Greenwich. Our stay was filled with scenic views, amazing nearby restaurants, and peace in a cozy updated super-clean cottage. It was perfect and better than described.
