«This location suited us well as a couple. We appreciated the property foliage and birds! We found the condo to be clean, well equipped, spacious for a studio and the ability to do laundry. Any communication was handled quickly and graciously. While we took our time getting around the whole island and found Princeville to be a fun location to stay in. We would absolutely stay here again! »

«Anyone considering staying in princeville should book this beautifully thought-out condo with no hesitation. Location is great - peaceful and quiet with lots of places to walk to. The layout of the condo is perfect and all furniture is so comfy - we almost didn’t want to leave to go explore the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive with a few minor questions we had. We will be back when we come back to Kauai soon. »

«The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. Normally not a big deal but this was just a solo golf trip and I could have really used the relax time at night. The space was used ...

«We really enjoyed our stay here. Alicja was very easy to communicate with and the studio was spacious for two adults. The view off the patio is stunning. I enjoyed sitting in bed and staring out at the mountains. Beautiful place, mahalo Alicja!»

«The place itself could be nice, but it was not very well cleaned, the interior is of the cheapest kind and some of it old. The microwave and fridge wer visibly very rusty, the ice compartment broken. We did tell Vacasa about this and they did nothing about that, although they did switch out the broken mixer and gave us a kettle which was not listed in the rental agreement.For the amount this appartment costs, we would have expected something better. »
