«The hotel was going through a remodel when Hurricane Isaias hit the area. Our room on the 1st floor began having water drip from the ceiling and the outside walls. They are soon going to have a severe mold and rot problem. They moved us to a smaller room but wouldn't refund the difference. Money 1st, customer last.»

«We asked for a beach view and had paid for it. When we checked in our room looked over the back of a neighboring restaurant. You had to lean over the balcony ro see the beach. Requested a different room and was charged additional $20 per day. Also had to pay $40 per day "resort fee" were not told about this when we prepaid for the trip. Not a big issue but adds up over 5 days.»
