«Was disappointed in the hotel. Very nice looking but could not get our room cleaned in a timely manor. Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. I paid for the Suite and a balcony room. The picture showed a patio set. The balcony was so small you could barely even stand out there. Lots of construction going on. The pool said there was service until 10 ...

«One of the best 2,5 stars hotel we have been to. Nice and clean. Very friendly staff. They had shuffleboard, different games outside, and a very nice seating- group and a fireplace. Will highly recomend this place.»

«A fantastic choice for families. The staff were friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the pool and splash pad area were a big hit. The location is also incredibly convenient. If you’re planning a trip to Destin and looking for a place to stay, this one is well worth booking.»

«Exceptional hotel. Clean room. Courteous staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice spacious rooms. Only problem i experienced was NOT with the actual room, it was with the booking through Expedia. Traveling with a family of 4, including a child so space was very valuable for a 2 night stay. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, a sofabed, and balcony. Room was confirmed by Expedia. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff kindly informed me that they did not have such room available that I booked. ...

«We had the absolute best experience at the Holiday Inn Resort! Everything was so convenient and well maintained. The lazy river was amazing and the access to the beach was incredible! They have a DJ at the tiki bar and entertainment throughout the week. We chose to buy the breakfast coupons as part of our visit. The breakfast people were awesome and as a person with food allergies I felt super safe eating at the buffet! Will absolutely be back soon!»

«Key security access for elevator use is good. Room was nice and comfortable. Upholstery needs some attention. Breakfast was good. Vending machines were iffy and front desk purchases are $$. Parking is easy and its a short walk onto the beach. I'd definitely stay there again. »
