The property is 850 m from Poznan's Old Market Square. Within a radius of about 1 km lies the well-known Rogal Museum and the National Museum in Poznan. In the vicinity of the apartment there are also many great restaurants and cafes - Piatto Bianco Ristorante (75 m), Pancake House Manekin (67 m), Cafe Pomarańczarnia (34 m) and stores - Old Brewery Shopping Center (350 m).
