«This tiny home is adorable and the view of the pond at night with the lights is magical. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel comfortable. Downtown Denison being 10 minutes away made leaving for food or other necessities very quick and easy. We weren't able to enjoy sitting outside much due to the weather, but we managed to see some fireflies at night! Overall, a nice and relaxing stay.»

«Such a cute, cozy little cottage! The guest house was very clean, charming, and decorated so nicely. I really appreciated all the little thoughtful extras, like having ice already in the freezer, bottles of water in the fridge, and even the little cups of coffee creamer. Those are such small things, but they really make a stay feel more comfortable. I also loved having the list of local places to eat and things to do. I always appreciate recommendations, especially when I’m staying somewhere ...

«Cutest little house! I bit too small for me, as I need a nightstand next to the bed for all my stuff. ( phone, tablet, bottle of water) and there is no room for that here.We made it work! Very quiet here! Was nice to sleep and not hear planes, trains, and automobiles!»

«Absolute GEM of a place. Every detail was amazingly well thought out. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra bedding. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Multiple tvs for everyone's individual viewing habits. Absolutely gorgeously tiled bathrooms fully supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotions, etc. Located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of Main Street Denison and the Katy Depot, and Eisenhower Birthplace State Historic Site (if it weren't the height of summer under a ...

«Kitchen was full of gnats. Washer was broken and owner knew about it. When I called she said she hoped it would make it through our week long stay. However they did replace it while we were at the lake. Also grass was shin high in the front yard. There's an old wooden deck that's rotting in the yard and terrible for kids. Too many wasps and mosquitoes to sit outside comfortably.»

«House was very cozy and was great for our family time. Loved the tree in the back great for the kids and great for family pictures also. The couch is not the same as the picture and although the one at the house was probably more comfortable the couch cover could use some way to keep it on from sliding down. That would be my only issue very small issue. The backyard was relaxing for reading my book and the BEDS omg extremely comfortable I slept late everyday!!! »

«Host is very responsive and very nice! Pet friendly and love the big fenced in backyard for the dogs.»

«Amazing host, amazing place!! Every detail perfect. Will be back when in Denison!!!»

«We had a great time! The house is just in the right spot close to the water!»
