«Nice clean place. Lots of outdoor space to utilize. Shopping and dinning close by in Dennison. When we visit this area we go to our favorite restaurant the Jalapeno Tree. Private boat ramp and a Corp of engineers ramp available a few miles north. Many fishing guides available for striper fishing. Striper fishing is main reason I visit this area. Enjoyed our stay despite the rain.»

«This tiny home is adorable and the view of the pond at night with the lights is magical. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel comfortable. Downtown Denison being 10 minutes away made leaving for food or other necessities very quick and easy. We weren't able to enjoy sitting outside much due to the weather, but we managed to see some fireflies at night! Overall, a nice and relaxing stay.»

Expected to be able to access private beach, but area was locked. Second beach option had no bathrooms or tables. There was another beach not too far away that was nice. Choose this location because of games and nearness of beach - both were not acceptable. Rented for 4 nights, but went home after just 3.»
