«The location of this house was our favorite feature - it was convenient to downtown Newport and walkable to Easton’s beach. The listing said it was equipped for 5 guests, with a trundle bed and pull out coach in addition to the main bed. There were no linens for the trundle or pull out coach. On our second night, we were unable to get the air conditioning to turn on, and the space was very humid and warm. We could not get the tv to turn on, which wasn’t a big deal to us but slightly ...

«Great stay. Very close to the beach. Would highly recommend»

«There was an overflowing 5 gallon bucket in closet collecting drainage from AC and it caused wet subfloor that lingered for our stay. There was lichen growing in the closet behind the bucket. The third party management place was responsive on the app but came out only once to check things out…I emptied water twice in two days and the owner did nothing to compensate or otherwise directly communicate with me about it all. «Ideal property to enjoy all Middletown & Newport have to offer!»

«Everything was nice and clean »

«Nice house with plenty of space and parking for large groups. Well supplied kitchen, towels and good bedding. Easy car or uber ride into Newport.»

«Perfect location to experience Bristol!»

«The location and home was perfect for our family! The host was extremely responsive and very helpful (and proactive) on providing local eating recommendations! The living areas were spacious and the kitchen had high grade appliances. We were pleased all around! Thank you.»

«Very cute cottage. Nice place to be if you want peace and quiet. Plus the water is only a 60-second walk down the street with a picnic bench to sit at. Beds are together in one room, so it’s convenient if coming with a couple of kids. Convenient parking right outside the front door. We will return.»

«We had a wonderful stay in this pretty home. Everything we needed was provided, including beach towels, and was easy to find. The kitchen was user friendly and had all of the tools necessary to have most meals at home, instead of at restaurants. We would happily return for another stay.»

«Definitely will stay here again. Very clean, cozy and welcoming. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the outside deck, pool and fire pit as it was during the Nor'easter, but we still enjoyed our weekend. 5 minute drive to Newport. The owner Kristen was accomodating and quick with responses to our emails. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you Kristen»

«Perfect property in walking distance of everything. Will be seeking it out again when we return.»
