«Accueil très "stressant", la première personne était totalement débordée à l'arrivée de 4 personnes, légèrement antipathique. Les autres personnes de l'accueil les jours suivants étaient parfaites et SOURIANTES. Le personnel du restaurant très accueillant. C'était le début de saison ça se ressentait dans les travaux autour de la chambre. Belle piscine. »

«This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy.»

«Beautiful renovation in the village. Elegant, spacious, and well-equipped room. Tastefully decorated with designer items. Small kitchenette. Excellent welcome. We arrived late, so we didn't get to enjoy the solarium and pool in the garden. Next time... We had dinner a few meters from the accommodation.»

«An amazing hotel in a beautiful town. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in on our three week trip (also the most expensive though). The room was beautiful, the bed and pillows SO comfortable, and a beautiful relax-area at the rooftop. The breakfast had quality in every choice, except perhaps the instant american coffe. The staff was extremely helpful and serviceminded. Would not hesitate to recomend this hotel to anyone. We would love to be back! »
