«The instructions for checking in and the WiFi instructions were incorrect and not updated. The host helped us get in but never responded regarding the WiFi. Both remotes for the TVs were not working. Batteries missing in one and broken plastic on the other. No a/c in the rooms, only fans. The place didn’t cool down. Overall bad experience considering the price»

«The entire unit, inside and out, was dirty and dusty. The unit was not well stocked. We did not receive the second gate code until after the check in time.I would not recommend this VRBO to anyone. When I tried to let the host know my concerns that did not seem to care.»

«Place could be nice. Shower was unsanitary and low water pressure. Pictures on site were deseptive. Outside had junk and parked school busses with junk. Yard not been mowed in a long time. Pond was not safe and messy.Rooms ok. Host very nice.»

«The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Kitchen is well-equipped and everything is labelled. The small pool would have been great if the weather had cooperated. Outside eating area and garden are beautiful. The location is pretty good for accessing Sequoia National Park - probably the closest you can get aside from Three Rivers. We took the shuttle from Lemon Cove RV park, which is an 11-minute drive from the house. Great stay!»

«It was a pretty decent place. Lots of fun amenities. We had a few broken things that needed replacement, but the host was nice and replaced them the next day. The place was below our expectations for the price. The place was different from what the pictures showed on vrBo. Then again, it may be the location standards.»
