Whimsical coastal accents wind throughout this reverse-floor plan home, paired with a calming color palette of ocean blues and grays. The first floor features a mix of comfortable guest bedrooms—all with private bathrooms, Smart TVs, and outdoor access. The primary bedroom features a king bed, 2 guest bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the bunk room boasts 1 twin-over-twin bunk and 1 full bed. Outside lies an enclosed pool deck with a firepit and plenty of shaded seating. Lounge with the latest resort-style striped umbrella as the sun sparkles across the private pool. The cornhole set beckons for a tournament while the chef of the group fires up the propane grill for a barbecue. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after an impromptu trip to the beach a breeze. House was perfect! We had issues with the wifi when we arrived but the property managers sent someone out that same day (and a few more times throughout our stay) to make sure it stayed up and running.After biking and driving around Cape San Blas, I can confidently say that this house has the best pool/outdoor area out of any of them. The wrap-around deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails while the kids swam in the well-lighted pool and made s'mores in the fire pit. There are four bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out.The house also has two dishwashers and every kitchen item one could need. The only knock I could give would be that a separate ice machine would be helpful as the one in the fridge/freezer can't keep up with that many people. We easily solved the problem by running down the road to grab bags as needed.The beach access was easy though with the erosion that the area has suffered, climbing the sand to and from can be difficult for those with physical limitations. For the rest of us, we thought of it as a good workout to haul our gear to and from the beach.

Great property!

This house was perfect for our group. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, which was really great for our four families. we never felt crowded, and the kitchen was one of the best i've seen in a rental. Do be aware the small amenities such as dish soap, trash bags, s&p and oil are very minimal. You will need to bring your own if you plan on cooking. Only other note was that the pool (which is also really great!) is in the middle of a few houses so no privacy in that area, but it never bothered us. Great stay!
