Hoteller nær Port Kent Public Beach Park

«Loved this place. We booked originally 3 nights as we were going to other cities after. We decided to book an extra night at the end before flying home. Great location, comfort. Country elegance and charm. Great breakfast, coffee and the first night there were apple cider donuts in the Lobby. Beautiful outdoors and there is instrumental music playing during the day adding to the relaxation the place provides. Loved this place.»

«It seemed clean enough. The next morning I woke up with itchy bites all over me that after further research appear to be bed bug bites. No one is at the property full time, you have to call someone to come. After I researched the bites Expedia reached out to the property owner. They never received a response and proceeded to give me the contact info and I never received a response either. Ended up doing a charge back on credit card and it was issued without anyone contesting it.»

«The only thing is that I would like to see is regular cleaning of the room. We stayed 3 days, but no one came to clean our room.»

«Helpful staff, great offerings for breakfast, well maintained property. Really liked having cold water available in the lobby as well as coffee and tea.»

«Overall great place. My only complaint would be our neighbors! This guy was up all night yelling. In and out the door down the hall. It was a sleepless night for me!»

«Always perfect»

«This is a brand new hotel with nicely decorated rooms and comfortable furnishings. The guest services from staff though wasn't up to Hilton standard at all.»

«Stayed here with my daughter on a mother/daughter trip. House was beautiful, staff was super helpful on recommendations in the area and our room was fantastic. We stayed in the Forever Tomgirl room which had a fireplace that was an added bonus in chilly nights. I would definitely stay here again.»

«Overpriced»

«Clean room»

«The view of Lake Champlain is beautiful. We really liked the breakfast to go bar. Only one complaint. There were flies buzzing around room one. The windows were closed, but we could not see where they were coming in from.»

«Close to airport»

«This hotel is the southernmost of 2 Holiday Inns in South Burlington. Nice Italian restaurant nextdoor, but otherwise moustly car dealers around.»

«The property and staff are super. Elevators in parking garage are always out of order. Restaurant is great. The rooms need more light. With all the lights on, they are dark as as cave.»

«Checking in was fine, and I was able to et a late checkout. The staff was okay except for the "valet service." They never opened a door or greeted me when I entered. When I asked for them to calla taxi, the "valet" wanted to hand me a list of phone numbers, so I used Lyft. I was struggling with my suitcase on the way out. Two "valets" were standing a few feet away, and they didn't move! The location of the hotel is great, but the rooms are bare bones. My room was very small and had no closet ...

«room is clean, staff are nice, parking is good, only problem is noise. I can hear the street noise and the sounds the neighbours make.»
