With an easy flow through to the alfresco dining area, sparkling heated pool and barbeque, entertaining is a breeze. Situated on a generous 800 m2 block, the outdoors are complemented by a tropical rear garden, which boasts gated access to a pathway to the beach and the Mirage golf course as rear neighbour.

With four generous bedrooms, two bathrooms, formal dining and family meals area, there is plenty of space for everyone. Master bedroom features king bed, 55 inch TV and ensuite. Three other bedrooms share a large main bathroom with double vanity and free standing bath tub. These bedrooms can either have a king bed or two king singles, so whether you need to accommodate up to four couples or need single beds for the children, it is all possible. All rooms feature air conditioning and ceiling fans.
