Villa Sunset Garden is a beautiful, modernly equipped holiday house located in the village of Gornji Špadići, only 1200m from the sea, and a 5-minute drive from the center of Poreč. The house is located in a quiet location on a completely fenced garden of 1200 m2 and offers guests the following: swimming pool of 36 m2 surrounded by greenery, deckchairs, seating, manicured lawn, summer kitchen with covered terrace and barbecue, and several parking spaces in the yard.
Villa Sunset Garden can accommodate up to 12 people and is ideal for families with children, and has an area of ​​350 m2 on three fully air-conditioned floors, with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with access to a covered terrace with seating, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. In the lower part of the ground floor there is one bedroom with its own shower/toilet and direct access to the garden and pool, and another bathroom.
On the first floor of the house there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, access to the balcony overlooking the garden and the pool, and a bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway. A spacious bedroom of 25m2 with a double bed and Sat TV, and its own bathroom is located on the mezzanine. On the second floor, there are two more double rooms, each with its own bathroom and access to a balcony with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and greenery. Pets are welcome.
