"The location was very good, especially for going on different excursions around Madeira. Breakfast was a highlight – nice selection and tasty options that we really enjoyed. Parking was a bit cramped, and the overall standard of the hotel felt somewhat outdated and in need of an upgrade. That said, the facilities and room still felt clean and fairly well maintained, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a water leakage in the room (from the bathtub-shower), which caused inconvenience. While the staff noted our complaint, we did not feel the situation was followed up in a satisfactory way, and the lack of compensation was disappointing. Overall, the hotel has potential due to its location and breakfast, but improvements in both service and facilities are needed."

"Ocean room was perfect, staff was nice, facilities were perfect, had a great time! The only things I have to comment is that they managed to give my outside table to other residents when I went to get a new plate of food, happened twice…But, I won’t use it against them, maybe the minus of being only one person for dinner/breakfast. They also mixed up my orders, ordered red wine, got white. Few options of meat for dinner aswell. For the price they charge for the buffet they should have more meat options. Regardless, I would give this hotel 10/10!"

"Flott opphold på rent og pent hotell med fantastisk utsikt og flotte fellesområder. Utsikt både fra frokostsal, bar og bassengområde, som for øvrig var veldrevet med fine solsenger og svært godt renhold. Vi hadde bestilt rom med sjøutsikt og balkong. Balkongen var veldig liten, men de fine fellesområdene veide opp for det. Fint opplegg med 3 euro pr dag man ikke ba om renhold"
