This lovely 70m² apartment is ideally located near many top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse cuisine.

Spread over two floors, the living room features a comfortable sofa for relaxing, a TV to enjoy your favorite shows, and a dining table. The space has a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms. The first is an ensuite with a double bed and a wardrobe, while the second also offers a double bed and a wardrobe. All beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens for your comfort.

The bathroom includes all the essentials for a refreshing start or end to your day, with towels and complimentary toiletries provided.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay for your comfort.

Please note that the bedrooms are only accessible via stairs.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The prime location ensures easy access to the city's bustling centre, allowing you to explore Ponta Delgada's attractions, dining, and entertainment options with utmost convenience. Whether you're a beach lover, a history enthusiast, or a foodie, this property serves as an ideal starting point for your adventures.

We recommend renting a car.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
